- Buying a script gives you the Reader Edition to read and keep. Reader Access is the only licence sold on ScriptLix; production, distribution and exclusive rights are not offered.
- Production support
- If you need help with a download or a file format, email support with your order ID.
- Partnerships and editorial
- Production companies, festival programmers, and journalists reach out for catalog access or embargoed previews. Lead time of a week or more is appreciated for press requests.
- Technical issues
- Login, payment, download, or watermark problems. Include the order ID, the device and browser you were using, and a screenshot of any error message. Critical issues affecting access to a purchased script are prioritized.
